***MECHANICAL PROJECT MANAGER***Commercial, Healthcare & Education Projects
£65,000 – £75,000 + Travel Allowance | London & North KentWe’re partnering with a well-established and highly regarded building services contractor known for delivering technically complex mechanical and electrical projects across the commercial, healthcare, and education sectors. With a growing pipeline of work, they’re now seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to lead and manage a portfolio of projects across London and North Kent.This is a fantastic opportunity to join a stable, forward-thinking business that values quality, long-term client relationships, and employee development.Role Summary:

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of multiple mechanical fit-out projects.
• Manage project teams, subcontractors, and supply chain relationships.
• Ensure all works are completed to the highest standards of safety, quality, and compliance.
• Monitor and drive progress against programme and financial objectives.
• Maintain strong communication and collaboration with clients, consultants, and internal teams.
• Provide leadership in planning, coordination, and problem-solving throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience as a Mechanical Project Manager.
• Proven track record in delivering projects in the commercial, healthcare, or education sectors.
• Strong technical knowledge of mechanical building services.
• Effective leadership, organisation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness and ability to travel to project sites across London and North Kent.
