Position: Mechanical Project Manager (or M&E Project Manager with Mechanical Bias)
Location: Central London
Salary: £65,000 – £85,000 per annum
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PMAbout the Role:
Our client, a leading and rapidly growing company, is looking for a skilled Mechanical Project Manager (or an M&E Project Manager with a mechanical focus) to join their expanding team. This position offers the opportunity to manage projects with values up to £3 million across various sectors, including Commercial, Industrial, Leisure, Retail, Public, and Private sectors. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical background and demonstrate a proven track record in delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.Key Responsibilities:Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of mechanical and M&E projects, ensuring client satisfaction.Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to deliver projects within scope.Oversee mechanical installations, focusing on compliance with industry standards and quality assurance.Coordinate with internal teams, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery.Conduct site inspections and ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations.Review and monitor project progress, addressing any issues or risks promptly.Provide technical guidance and support to the project team as needed.About the Team:Work closely with a dedicated and experienced project management team.Be part of a collaborative and supportive environment focused on delivering excellence.Requirements:Proven experience as a Project Manager, specifically with a mechanical bias.Strong understanding of mechanical systems and experience managing projects across multiple sectors.Knowledge of M&E systems and experience managing mixed-discipline projects.Excellent project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.Familiarity with relevant software tools and systems.Strong communication and leadership abilities, with a focus on collaboration and client satisfaction.Benefits:Competitive salary ranging from £60,000 to £85,000 per annum.Opportunity to work on high-profile projects with values up to £3 million.Career progression opportunities within a dynamic and growing company.About the Company: Our client is a well-established and forward-thinking business specializing in refurbishment projects.
