Job DescriptionMy client are an HVAC Specialist Contractor who have been operating for around 8 years.Based out of their HQ in Kent, they now have build a solid team and client base which is bringing in consistent work and are seeking a Mechanical Project Manager to join their team.Project Values range between £50k – £1.5mil.THE ROLE – Mechanical Project ManagerMonday – Friday / 8am – 4pm / 40 Hour WeeksBased out of their Office Kent along with carrying out site visits. You will be working on Mechanical Projects up to a value of £1.5mil.Project examples will be anything Mechanically related, from toilet refurbishments, tea Points, 4 pipe systems, boilers and plant room refurbishments, AHUs and Air Conditioning.

• Managing and coordinating mechanical projects
• Overseeing project teams
• Collaborating with clients and contractors
• Developing budgets and schedules
• Ensuring projects are on time, within budget, and meet regulatory requirements.
