Managing people : 4 Direct reports

RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:

You develop and lead the implementation of the Media Strategy for all McCain CE activities (covering Potato category & brands ; Apps & Veggie categories & brands ; Snacking Benelux category & Brands) 

You are specifically leading : 

• Paid medias :
• interacting with brand & category teams on the one hand, channel teams on the other hand, to define the comms strat per year
• providing media guidelines for best implementation, driving the relation with media agency (Havas) as well as European suppliers such as Meta, Google & co…
• Web-owned assets :
• securing harmonization & most efficient ways of working for successful development of our social media strategy & pages as well as websites. (in RT, FS & QSR)
• Our CRM journey and strategy in FS & QSR:
• driving the digitalization of our Mkg & Sales funnel in FS, both for McCain FS & Snacking BLX.

You are accountable for analysing our ROI and proposing improvement strategies (including lead of studies such as MMM) 

You drive the future proofing of our media strategies and practices, being at the forefront of new media possibilities 

You drive the continuous learning of marketing activation teams, esp. as regards to digital marketing

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

• Very strong marketing & media background, with some significant expertise in digital marketing – ideally covering BtoB & BtoC digital communications.
• 15+ years of experience in the media & marketing world, ideally combining agency and industry background
• Excellent communication skills, written & spoken
• Very strong command of English language, written & spoken
• Strong ability to influence and drive ownership – to embark all teams on a more ambitious digital and media journey.
• Passion for media
• Problem-solving: High level of problem-solving abilities, combined with ability to maximize synergies and embark teams on a common vision, where the greater benefit / good is the key decision factor
• Decision-Making: High level of accountability, especially on the efficiency of marketing investments and the impact of our media buying strategies. Very strong accountability as well in the leadership of the FS digitalization process for all categories (incl, Snacking Benelux)
