Medical Affairs Manager – (EMEA)

Remote | Multiple locations across EMEA

For a global, innovation-driven medical technology organization, we are looking for a Medical Affairs Manager to support the Urology & Critical Care portfolio across EMEA. This role offers a unique opportunity to sit at the intersection of science, strategy, and clinical practice, working closely with healthcare professionals, internal stakeholders, and key opinion leaders across the region.

The role

As Medical Affairs Manager, you will play a central role in defining and executing medical strategy, ensuring scientific integrity, regulatory compliance, and meaningful clinical engagement. You will act as a trusted medical partner internally and externally, helping to translate evidence into value for clinicians and patients.

Your key responsibilities

Medical review & compliance
Ensure scientific accuracy and regulatory compliance of promotional and medical materials, acting as Medical Reviewer within formal approval processes.

Training & education
Develop and deliver high-impact medical and clinical training programs in close collaboration with regional marketing and business teams.

Cross-functional partnership
Work closely with Market Access, Public Policy, Regulatory, and Commercial teams to embed medical strategy into broader business initiatives.

KOL engagement
Identify, develop, and manage relationships with Key Opinion Leaders across EMEA, ensuring compliant and value-driven scientific exchange.

Evidence generation
Support clinical studies, publications, and real-world evidence initiatives, monitoring progress, timelines, and associated risks.

Clinical & technical support
Contribute to product evaluations, clinical documentation, and user education to support safe and effective product use.

Project & data management
Leverage scientific databases and digital tools to analyze data, manage projects, and support budget and administrative processes.

Your profile

Advanced degree in medicine, nursing, pharmacy, or life sciences (MD, RN, PharmD, PhD, MSc preferred)

3-5 years of experience in Medical Affairs within pharma or medical devices, ideally in an international setting
*

Strong scientific and clinical understanding of urology, critical care, or infection prevention
*

Strategic mindset with proven project leadership capabilities
*

Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
*

Familiarity with European clinical trial requirements, MDR, and ethical standards
*

Confident working with digital platforms and medical information systems
*

Fluent in English; additional European languages are a strong advantage
*

Willingness to travel up to 50% across EMEA
