Hospital Hill Surgery, 7 Izatt Avenue, Dunfermline, KY11 3BASalary: £23,809Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:30am – 6:00pm, with flexibility to work 8:00am – 4:30pm on a rotational basis once training completed.We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and professional colleague to join our supportive team on a permanent, full-time basis. We are a busy GP Practice with a list size of 8600. We have 5 GP Partners, 2 Advance Nurse Practitioners, 2 Practice Nurses.Our multi-disciplinary teams consists of NHS CTAC Nurses (2), Health Care Support Worker, Community District Nurses, Community Pharmacists, First Contact Physiotherapy Practitioner, Midwife, Dermatology Nurse, Dietician and a team of highly experienced admin staff.Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to):· Providing excellent telephone and face-to-face communication with our patients· Booking and managing appointments· Processing repeat prescriptions· Signposting patients to appropriate healthcare services· Handling electronic filing and other administrative tasksThis role requires strong computer skills, a high level of professionalism, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.For all enquiries, please contact Debbie Horne (Office Manager) by email: fife.hospitalhillrecruitment@nhs.scotAttachments – job description, personal specificationNHS Fife is legally obliged to ensure all its employees are legally entitled to work in the United Kingdom.
