Description:Join Our Friendly Team at The Stonelaw Practice!Medical Receptionist – Exciting OpportunityAre you a friendly, keen, and flexible individual looking for a rewarding role in a busy and well-established medical practice? The Stonelaw Practice, serving 13,500 patients, is seeking a motivated Medical Receptionist to join our dedicated Reception team following a recent retirement.About the Role:

• Position: Medical Receptionist
• Hours: 37 hours per week
• Availability: Must be available to work between the hours of 08:00 and 18:00.

As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of our busy practice. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, self-motivated, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.What We’re Looking For:

• Ideally, you will have experience in an administrative role within general practice or a healthcare setting, with a good understanding of medical terminology, Read coding, and processing clinical correspondence.
• However, if you have no direct experience, you must be able to demonstrate a strong ability to learn quickly and adapt to working effectively under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team are essential.
• A good understanding of Information Governance and Data Protection is crucial.
• You must be IT literate, able to work accurately, and possess strong prioritisation skills.
