Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated Medical Scientific Liaison to foster effective communication and collaboration with medical committees and key opinion leaders (KOLs). This role focuses on scientific exchange with medical and scientific experts, facilitating the dissemination of clinical data and insights to internal and external stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with medical committees and KOLs.
• Coordinate scientific content for congresses, webinars, and other educational events.
• Organize and oversee workshops, medical trainings, and international congress presentations.
• Provide medical and scientific support to marketing and sales teams.
• Identify and engage with KOLs to advance organizational goals.
• Manage medical projects, ensuring compliance with regulations and scientific rigor.
• Analyze and communicate key clinical data effectively to various stakeholders.

Required Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Medical Science Liaison.
• 3-5 years in Medical Affairs roles preferred.
• Experience in dermatology, aesthetics, or a related field is highly desirable.

• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally in a matrixed structure.
• Proficient in delivering impactful presentations and training sessions.
• Strong analytical abilities for interpreting and communicating clinical data.
• Excellent project management and decision-making skills.
• Capable of managing multiple priorities and working independently.
• Technical aptitude to learn and convey complex clinical information effectively.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and other computer tools.
• Availability to travel up to 40%.
• Fluent in English (C1 or above).

Education and Credentials:

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences (e.g., Biochemistry, Biology, Pharmacy, or Medicine).
• Advanced degrees (PhD, MSc) or certifications in clinical research are a plus.
