We deliver acute hospital, primary, community and mental health care services to a population of over 1.15 million and a wider population of 2.2 million when our regional and national services are included.The shift pattern for the post is Monday – Thursday 0800-1600, Friday 0800-1530 with a 30 min lunch break.The Women and Children’s Directorate is actively keen in supporting their teams in the implementation of new digital M365 apps. We are therefore looking for a candidate who is highly engaged, approachable and keen to actively support their team in the use of new digital tools to improve productivity and assisting with smarter working. The post is based in the Princess Royal Maternity within Glasgow Royal Infirmary. The postholder’s workload will be fast paced and unpredictable and it is important that you can demonstrate through experience a sound understanding of the need for discretion and diplomacy in a confidential setting. Duties include managing Gynaecology Consultants’ waiting lists, providing administrative support for Gynaecology Oncology, dealing with enquiries from patients and colleagues, audio typing and ad hoc duties as required.We have a great opportunity for you to join and be a key member of our team.
