Together, we’re working at the pace of change to improve patient lives with diagnostic tools that address the world’s biggest health challenges.The Medical Service Engineer for Radiometer is responsible for the installation, preventative maintenance and emergency repair of Radiometer Blood Gas and Immunoassay Analysers.This position is part of the service department which is a field-based role. At Radiometer, our vision is to improve global healthcare with reliable, fast, and easy patient diagnoses.You will be a part of the service team and report to a Team Leader. Ideally you will be located in the Coventry / Birmingham area (UK), supporting this region and surrounding areas.If you thrive in a fast paced, customer focused dynamic role and want to be part of a world-class service support team within Radiometer Limited – Read on.In this role, you will have the opportunity to:Provide top class service support to hospital Point of Care teams and Hospital cliniciansManage your daily schedule whilst prioritising emergency callsMake a real difference to hospital patients by supporting critical equipmentThe essential requirements of the job include:HNC / HND or equivalent in Electrical / Electronic disciplineAble to demonstrate a history of strong customer support / focusExperience installing Windows and Software updatesFull UK Driving licenceIt would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:Competent with MS Windows / Office and experience in basic networkingAttention to detail is a MUSTExperience in managing own workloads when working remotelyAt Radiometer we believe in designing a better, more sustainable workforce.
