Job description

NN Insurance Hungary is currently looking to expand our dynamic Business Analyst Team with a Medior Business Analyst. This role will support squad goals and act as a liaison among stakeholders to understand the structure, policies, and operations of the organization. Additionally, the medior business analyst will recommend solutions that enable the organization to achieve its goals.Responsibilities:

• Actively participate in Agile Scrum development team, advice the Product Owner during planning, and translate process-like description of emerging and defined demands;
• Identify and expose business opportunities and initiate re-engineering projects;
• Develop business cases and perform requirement analysis;
• Analyse and document business processes; Create Business Requirement Specification;
• Collaborate actively with System Analysts, Solution Architects;
• Create and implement standards;
• Perform requirement and cost-benefit analysis;
• Prepare decision-making materials.

Advantages:

• Hands-on BPMN modeling experience in Sparx Enterprise Architect tool;
• SQL experience;
• Familiarity with Front-end and back-end technologies;
• Experience in the Insurance market.

• University/College degree preferably in Management, Finance or IT;
• 3-5 years of experience in a similar position;
• High level of logical thinking, with the ability to synthesize and analyse information;
• Advanced negotiation skills.
