Vacancy: Medior Business Developer SIRAAre you ready to take the lead in safeguarding client integrity within a dynamic and evolving financial organization? We are looking for a Business Developer Expert Lead SIRA to drive the strategic development of the Client Integrity Systematic Integrity Risk Assessment (SIRA). In this key position, you will work closely with internal stakeholders and strategic partners to identify and mitigate integrity risks, improve compliance frameworks, and enhance operational resilience.This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute at a strategic level within a market-leading payment service provider. As part of the newly established Product, Solutions & Control (PSC) department, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of client integrity risk management.Are you a strategic thinker with deep expertise in compliance and financial economic crime? • Formulating the Client Integrity SIRA, in which the most important risks and areas of attention are highlighted and clearly identified.
• Continually analysis internal and external developments in the area of FEC research, client behaviour, and internal feedback-loop information with regards to KYC/CDD, Transaction Monitoring, NCTO, and Exit. This information will be used for identification of (and changes in) main risks and areas of attention.

Who are you?

• A master’s degree;
• At least two years of experience in compliance policies and regulations;
• Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• Experience with and knowledge of SIRA.
