Job Title Medior Developer IT4IT (squad The Accelerators)Job DescriptionWe are looking for a medior IT4IT DevOps engineer to join our dynamic team, enhancing the efficiency of approximately 120 DevOps teams in tribe Digital Customer Interactions and tribe Customer Journey Insurance & Pensions.You and your jobAs a medior IT4IT developer you’ll be part of The Accelerators squad, responsible for IT4IT consultancy and innovative solutions for complex IT challenges across the DevOps lifecycle. Your role involves collaborating closely with other DevOps squads and support them with technical consultancy on a variety of topics and/or building scalable solutions that can be offered as a standardized service to our customer teams. With these services you help teams bringing their business value to production faster. You’ll also act as a liason between squads in the 2 tribes and other IT departments across Rabobank. This means that you are not only passionate about creating great solutions, but also collaborating with multiple teams and departments!Our IT4IT engineers have advanced experience with CI/CD principles and Azure DevOps, strong knowledge of programming/scripting languages (such as Java, Python, shell scripting) and familiarity with Azure and AWS cloud services. We’re looking for a candidate who has got the technical experience related to our tech stack and who can bring our software development to the next level.You and your talent6+ years or more working experience as an engineer in a complex IT landscapeYou have a strong programming background and proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, Perl , Python.You have extensive experience and skills in working with cloud technologies, such as AWS or Azure.You have experience working across the entire lifecycle, from design to production and operations, demonstrating a strong DevOps mindset and ownershipYou are a collaborative team player with a flexible mindset, capable of efficiently managing multiple tasks and topics simultaneously.You are fluent in English, fluency in Dutch is a bonusYou possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to interact effectively at both technical and business levels.You have experience in working agile/scrumYou are passionate about innovation, love to explore new technologies, and possess a strong learning mindsetTo be considered for this position, you must be located in the Netherlands or elsewhere in the EU and have the legal right to work in the Netherlands.
