• Deliver high-quality, service user-focused care.
• Participate in developing new services and care pathways.
• Support the local implementation of the Group Nursing Strategy.
• Engage in continuous quality improvement within your service.

• Experience as a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with a valid NMC PIN.
