Job DescriptionMental Health Registered ManagerLocation: WalsallSalary: Circa £40,000 + Excellent BenefitsContract: Full-Time | Permanent – shared on call responsibilitiesA leading provider of specialist care and housing services is seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Manager to oversee their Walsall based service which provides crisis support, step-up/step-down care, and rehabilitation pathways.This is a pivotal leadership role for someone passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care in dynamic and responsive settings.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage the service which includes crisis, step-up/step-down, and rehabilitation pathwaysEnsure compliance with CQC standards and internal quality frameworksOversee referrals, assessments, and care planning across the regionPromote a culture of continuous improvement, safeguarding, and recovery-focused careParticipate in the on-call rota as part of the leadership teamEssential Criteria:Proven management experience in mental health settings (e.g., crisis house, forensic, step-up/down services)NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle, or ability to travel for assessments and referrals outside of the local areaFlexible and resilient leadership approachWhat’s on Offer:Competitive salary c. £40,000 and comprehensive benefits package to include healthcare support, EAP, accredited training, and development, buy and sell annual leaveSupportive, values-led working environmentOpportunities for professional development and career progressionThe chance to make a meaningful impact in mental health careInterested?
