Position: Senior Quantity Surveyor – MEP
Location: Data Centre ProjectsAbout the Role:
Join our commercial and construction teams to drive project success, build lasting relationships, optimize commercial gains, and manage risk effectively.Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct feasibility studies and forecast the costs for various materials.
• Develop and manage tender documents, budgets, contracts, and bills of quantities.
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, and subcontractors to meet budgetary targets.
• Oversee cashflow for significant MEP packages from inception through completion.
• Generate and distribute commercial reports, including CVRs, to the project leadership team.

Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience in managing high-value M&E works from a commercial perspective.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Degree-qualified with excellent communication skills.

Qualifications:

• Professional or academic qualification in a construction-related field; chartered status preferred.
