We are looking for a dynamic and creative Merchandising Manager to join our regional team! If you’re passionate about retail design, brand experience, and cross-functional collaboration, this could be the perfect role for you. As Merchandising Manager, you will play a key role in shaping Sephora’s store experience in Romania, Greece, Serbia and Bulgaria. You’ll be responsible for implementing merchandising strategies in line with Sephora’s global brand standards, coordinating new store designs, remodeling and high-priority projects. In this role, you’ll work closely with architects, construction teams and external vendors. You’ll also manage budgets to ensure efficient resource allocation, ensuring all projects are aligned with Sephora’s brand identity.

Key Responsibilities:

-Implement merchandising strategies aligned with Sephora’s brand and guidelines;
-Oversee store designs and floor plans;
-Maintain communication with architects, print companies, and construction partners;
-Collaborate with marketing and store operations teams to ensure seamless project execution;
-Manage merchandising budgets to meet business objectives;
-Coordinate and mentor merchandising specialists in stores.
Key Qualifications:

-Excellent planning and organizing skills;
-Understanding of architecture/design principles (plans, sections, materials);
-Strong Excel and PPT skills (Corel Draw is a plus);
-Fluent in English with excellent communication skills;
-At least 1 year of managerial experience;
-Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams.
