CONTEXT :

We are looking for aSENIOR PROJECT MANAGER(reporting tothe BRAND CREATIVE MERCHANDISING DIRECTOR) to design and deliver temporary and permanent in store material, ensure the brand values/messages are maintained and are consistent in store across all touch point and all countries.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITY :

The Senior project Manager role is very complete, it takes place in a multi-functional environment and requires autonomy .

In a highly competitive environment like Fine Fragrances, flexibility and ability to make quick adaptations by staying on track with the agreed retro planning are key for the role.

Your mission is to :

  • Elaborate concept and drive innovation In store

  • Lead the collaboration with the design agencies from creative brief to artwork production

  • Design and deliver Temporary in-Store materials (PLV, GWPs, retailtainement …) for severalinitiatives at the same time,and Permanent guidelines.

  • Transform creative concept into technical briefs for buying material purposes or local production

  • Manage the project, ensure deadlines, budget, delivery and implementation of the assets developed in collaboration with the GO TO MARKET team.

  • Create and draw up the associated merchandising guidelines

  • Ensure Constant optimization of work tools, processes and communication

  • Coach and train local affiliate staff during annual merchandising seminars or market visits

This role requires also frequent interactions both in-house (with the multi functional team) and externally (eg. with agencies, suppliers and in some cases markets and licensor).

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Minimum of 5 years previous experience

  • University graduate/ Business School degree

  • Proficient with microsoft office

  • French and English fluent

KEY SKILLS:

Technical skills :

  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects,

  • Technical knowledge about materials, production techniques, printing technics &artwork processes,

  • Able to read Technical drawing,

  • Hand drawer capability to quickly sketch creative ideas,

  • Knowledge of shoppers, competitors and customers in order to contribute to brand guidelines evolution and adaptation.

Soft skills :

  • Business professional, you are also a creative thinker, proactive, detailed oriented and pragmatic with an eye for design, color, volume,

  • Good knowledge in the beauty, fashion or luxury goods industry,

  • In touch with trends and competitive activities,

  • Solid team player you have excellent interpersonal skills and ability to develop strong rapport with colleagues & suppliers,

  • Ability to work autonomously and multitask in fast-paced collaborative environment,

  • Capability to work under pressure in a changing environment and to manage unexpected challenges,

  • Cost oriented mindset,

  • Market operational experience or Experience in regional /international marketing or merchandising position is a plus.
