Job description

Role: Microsoft ConsultantYour Responsibilities:

Work closely with clients to understand and define their business processes and requirements.
Translate business requirements into functional specifications and system design.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation.
Assist in testing solutions to meet business requirements.
Provide training and support to end users.
Ensure user documentation is in place.
Adhere to Company ISO standards and systems for all client communication.

Your Skills:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business analysis or information technology.
Minimum of three years in a business analyst or functional consultant role.
In-depth experience with Power Platform or Dynamics 365 CE is a must
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex business processes into functional specifications.
Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.
Experience in gathering and managing requirements and user stories on Azure DevOps or similar.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
Ability to multitask and manage multiple project requirements simultaneously.
