The candidate will join our consulting team and will guide our clients in transforming their customer relationship management strategies.As part of the Capco Team you will deal with:

• Clients need assessment to understand their requirements, gather detailed business needs, and identify improvement areas.
• Develop CRM strategies and design Microsoft Dynamics solutions that align with client business objectives, industry standards, and best practices.
• Configure and implement Microsoft Dynamics according to client specifications.
• Identify opportunities to enhance client workflows and customer engagement processes, proposing effective CRM solutions to improve performance and satisfaction.

Skills and ExperienceTo qualify for the role you must have:

• 5+ years of experience as a Microsoft Dynamics Developer.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365, especially in Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service modules.
• Experience with configuration, customization, and integration of Microsoft Dynamics solutions, including Power Platform tools.
• Understanding of CRM best practices, industry KPIs, and reporting methodologies.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience with project management tools.
• Good communication skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
• Problem-solving mindset with high attention to detail.
