If so, Brainboss wants you!Key Responsibilities:Product Vision & Strategy: Own the product vision for your team, crafting compelling roadmaps and defining & prioritizing epics and user stories.Agile Leadership: Collaborate closely with Business Analysts, Scrum Masters, and Developers to refine product requirements and ensure successful product and feature deployment.Business Needs Champion: Champion the needs of business stakeholders, translating them into actionable plans for development teams.Agile Expertise: Leverage your deep understanding of Agile Scrum methodologies to guide teams towards high-performing practices.Experimentation & Validation: Drive the implementation of experiments and validation processes to optimize product development.Consulting Mindset: Thrive in client-facing situations and possess a natural consulting approach.You’re a perfect fit if you:Have Higher education degree (HBO/WO)Have excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and preferably Dutch.Have PSPO 1 Certification (and preferably a PSPO 2 certification)(preferably) have Business Analysis or Engineering experienceAre Experienced in using backlog management tooling (e.g. Jira, Azure DevOps)Are extremely skilled in interpersonal communication and working with stakeholders.Have a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Product OwnerHave been involved in developing at least two different products with teams.What Brainboss offers:Energy.
