Job Title: Mobile Fabric Technician

Location: Bicester

Contract: FM Company

Salary: GBP32,000

Are you a skilled and versatile Fabric Technician with experience in plumbing, carpentry, and general maintenance? My client is a large facilities maintenance company, they are currently seeking a fabric technician to join a team on a mobile retail contract around the Bicester area. The Salary is upto GBP30,000 working Mon to Fri.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Mobile Fabric Technician, you will be responsible for providing maintenance and repair services across a diverse portfolio of retail stores. Your role will include, but is not limited to:

* Plumbing repairs and installations
* Carpentry work
* Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM)
* General maintenance and repairs as required
* Ensuring all work is completed efficiently and to a high standard
* Responding to reactive maintenance requests in a timely manner

Qualifications and Skills:

* Proven experience in plumbing, carpentry, and general maintenance
* Relevant trade qualifications
* Strong problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Excellent communication skills
* Customer-focused approach
