• Location: 100% remote
• Type of employment: B2B contract
• Remuneration: 130 PLN/hour net + VAT
• Project language: German + English

Responsibilitites:Manage and monitor the lifecycle of IT assets and servicesCoordinate with teams to resolve lifecycle issues promptlyEnsure compliance with internal controls, customer and regulatory standardsLog, prioritize, and resolve lifecycle-related incidents and problemsOrganize and lead Life Cycle Management meetingsCommunicate incident/problem status and resolution to stakeholdersMaintain and update all lifecycle documentationEnsure changes have back-out plans and necessary approvalsUse global lifecycle management processesAllocate appropriate priority to requests; reject impractical onesGenerate daily/weekly/ad-hoc reportsRequirements:Fluent in English and German – both written and verbal communicationExperience in IT Infrastructure, with emphasis on operational managementActed in a lifecycle management capacity in a customer service or IT environment for at least 12 monthsClear commitment to Service Management Framework approach to IT Infrastructure management essential, previous experience strongly desirableITIL Intermediate would be an advantageExperience in using a Life Cycle Management systemExperience in dealing with technical and non-technical teamsGood knowledge and experience of how to manage SLAs and KPIsAbility to update existing process documentation and training materialsExcellent Excel skillsWe offer:
