• Work on the implementation and future development of MOL Group’s Mobility Strategy
• Manage selected strategic projects, develop detailed work plan, supervise and control the execution of the entire project according to the approved plans
• Co-ordinate cross-functional and cross-country teams and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery
• Develop project ideas and strategic concepts together with the Head of Group Mobility
• Analyze the performance and profitability of MOL Group’s current Mobility businesses
• Draft insightful analyses (e.g.: operational and financial performance improvements, business case developments, etc.) and prepare messages in key stakeholder presentations

The perfect candidate:

• Has a bachelor’s or master’s degree (preferably in a business/economics/engineering related field)
• Has strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to work with cross-functional teams
• Has above 2 years of professional experience in a fast-paced environment (eg: strategy / business development / project management / consulting)
• Speaks fluent English and one of the Central Eastern European languages
• Interested in the development and future of mobility (electric and alternative-fuel vehicles, sharing economy-based business models, future of urban mobility, etc.)
