• Build and maintain a strong relationship with the Estate Agency
• Meet with clients to understand their Mortgage and Protection needs
• Stay up to date with Mortgage interest rates and trends
• Provide exceptional client care, always delivering an award winning performance
• Ensure strict adherence to financial regulations, maintaining the highest ethical standards

Skills & Experience for this Senior Mortgage and Protection Advisor role:

• You must be CeMap or equivalent qualified
• 2 years experience or more in mortgage broking within the EA sector preferable
• You will need to demonstrate you are an effective communicator
• A good track record in ensuring clients are adequately protected
• Adaptable to the ever evolving mortgage and property market
• Strong banking figures

Benefits for this Senior Mortgage and Protection Advisor role include;

• Basic Salary – Up to £40,000 (Depending on Experience)
• Car allowance of £5,000 p.a
• 25% Commission scaling up to 40%
• Genuine OTE of £70,000+
• Uncapped commission structure
• Hybrid working – 3 days home & 2 days office
• Full admin support
