We have an opportunity at our Volkswagen dealership in Durham. The Role:The Service Technician role consists of:

• Car repairs and servicing
• Diagnostics
• MOT testing
• Highlighting up-selling opportunities
• Completing work in a timely and efficient manner
• Working alongside a team
• Completing work in a timely and efficient manner
• Working alongside and providing support to the aftersales team

The ideal candidate will be able to multi-task, have strong organisational, customer handling and time management skills. You will be focused on delivering a fantastic customer experience.MOT testing certificate is desirable but not essential.In return, Pulman will offer you fantastic training and progression opportunities as well
