Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Dynamics AX Business Consultant – Team Lead for an international company with a presence in Spain, including an office in Granada, currently undergoing a process of digitalization and automation of its business processes.Location: Granada, Spain (Hybrid working methodology)WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

• Provide support for daily issues, problems, and questions related to Dynamics AX2012R3 from all international company units.
• Manage a team of 5 consultants, who are integral members of a larger group consisting of over 20 professionals based in Poland, Spain, and the Netherlands. This collaborative team closely cooperates, fostering an environment where members exchange valuable professional experiences.
• Collaborate with contractors.
• Oversee the management of full IT processes.
• Identify potential areas for process improvement based on end user feedback and perform functional design for change requests.
• Maintain documentation of changes made to the setup.

WHAT DO YOU BRING:

• Practical advanced knowledge of one module in AX2012R3; knowledge and maintenance of other modules will be an asset.
• 2+ years of experience as a team leader.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Open to working 3 days from the office.
