Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Dynamics AX Business Consultant – Team Lead for an international company with a presence in Spain, including an office in Granada, currently undergoing a process of digitalization and automation of its business processes.Location: Granada, Spain (Hybrid working methodology)WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

Provide support for daily issues, problems, and questions related to Dynamics AX2012R3 from all international company units.
Manage a team of 5 consultants, who are integral members of a larger group consisting of over 20 professionals based in Poland, Spain, and the Netherlands. This collaborative team closely cooperates, fostering an environment where members exchange valuable professional experiences.
Collaborate with contractors.
Oversee the management of full IT processes.
Identify potential areas for process improvement based on end user feedback and perform functional design for change requests.
Maintain documentation of changes made to the setup.

WHAT DO YOU BRING:

Practical advanced knowledge of one module in AX2012R3; knowledge and maintenance of other modules will be an asset.
2+ years of experience as a team leader.
Fluent in English (written and spoken).
Open to working 3 days from the office.
