This field-based role involves engaging with medical stakeholders, patient groups, and policy makers to provide scientific information and education. The successful candidate will play a key role in understanding disease management, collecting insights, and identifying unmet medical needs.Responsibilities:

• Maintain scientific and medical expertise in relevant diseases and assets.
• Develop relationships with healthcare professionals and organizations.
• Support the development and implementation of local Medical Affairs plans.
• Assist in market access activities and healthcare policy efforts.
• Ensure compliance with local pharmaceutical regulations and company policies.
• Facilitate scientific and medical exchanges with stakeholders.
• Deliver scientific education related to diseases, clinical studies, and assets.
• Coordinate responses to medical information inquiries.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure patient-focused operations.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Advanced degree in medical or life sciences (e.g., MD, PharmD, PhD).
• Experience in nephrology, rare diseases, or related areas.
• Understanding of clinical research and regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency in English and Polish.
• Strong interpersonal skills for building relationships with stakeholders.
• Self-motivated and capable of managing multiple priorities.
