The Multisite Administrative Assistant will offer support to the Sort Centers in the French network. The successful candidate will be organized, detail oriented, self-motivated, able to handle confidential information, as well as a demonstrated ability to respond to changing workloads and priorities. Must have the ability to communicate clearly and to manage multiple assignments and requests simultaneously.

General Role/Responsibilities Overivew:
The Multisite Administrative Assistant provides comprehensive administrative and operational support the Sort Centers in the French network. This role is responsible for executing a wide range of administrative tasks and processes to ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of the supported team(s). The Multisite Administrative Assistant works closely with team members on site to coordinate and improve communications, deals with the management of contingencies within the team and improves overall engagement. The Administrative Assistant works closely with their respective EA/GMA.
Assist with internal communications for associates and leadership among multiple platforms, interfaces, and programs
Participate actively in the planning and execution of company events and engagement activities
Assisting cluster sites with creation of purchase orders for non tech items
Partner with Regional Executive Assistant and cluster senior leadership teams to maintain sites policies as necessary
Partner with Regional Executive Assistant to maintain company policies as necessary
A day in the life
As a Multisite Administrative Assistant, you’ll be based in one of our sortation centers in France. You’ll support the region and the Regional Executive Assistant with the shifting priorities of the business.
Your typical work schedule is Monday through Friday; job duties may require additional hours and availability outside predefined working hours. You might be required to travel between sites.

Basic Qualifications
Advanced proficiency in English and local language in both written and verbal communication
Relevant experience working with the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) in a professional environment
Experience in handling a wide range of administrative support related tasks.
