We are eeking an experienced Mobile Mainteance Engineer to join our clients busy commercial building maintenance team, who undertake planned and reactive maintenance works at our clients premises.

About The Role

This is a mobile based role which involves travelling throughout the Midlands areas. The role includes working on a varied portfolio of commercial and retail buildings as a Mobile Maintenance Engineer.

Your responsibilities will include:

You will be responsible for efficiently delivering PPM and reactive maintenance, including fault finding, repair and installation of mechanical and electrical services

Complete all paperwork and documentation in a timely and accurate manner

Be proactive, use your initiative and take ownership of situations

Ensure all work carried out is done so within the H&S requirements

Your remuneration

The role is full time, Mon Fri, working 40 hours per week

In return for your expertise and hard work youll receive:

Starting salary circa GBP40,000
