Position Summarythe candidate will support the Head of Mx Business Controlling in managing and coordinating Marketing Budget process, preparing day-to-day records and back data, ensuring timely and accurate delivery, according to local policy and schedule. He/She will also be in charge of relevant budget & planning tools, maintaining and evolving business models, and run ad hoc analysis. Within Mobile Experience Division the candidate will act as reference point for local Marketing & Sales team and Finance Department, in all matters concerning the budget.Role and ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities:Supporting monthly Budget Process and actual closing, in respect of procedures and given targetManaging all daily activities to support the definition of overall marketing budgetPrepare dashboards (weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly) and analyse and present relevant dataGive support to monitor the maintenance of internal databases and collaborate to download data by account/model/distribution channel.Skills and QualificationsQualifications/Requirements:Educational Background: University Degree, preferably in Economics or Management Engineering.Professional Background: at least 2 years’ experience in controlling or business analysis roles.Computer Knowledge: Advanced Excel and PowerPoint.Language Knowledge: Good written and spoken English.Other: Relational and proactive skills, analytical mind-set and precision, goals oriented. Proactivity, speediness and accuracy are key features of the candidate.
