Offer DescriptionType of scientific commitment: the teacher will have to operate with full maturity and scientific autonomy within the IUS/15 scientific-disciplinary sector. The scientific activity must be conducted, also through national and international collaborations, with reference to the issues of the sector and specifically of Civil Procedural Law, Comparative Civil Procedural Law, Law of Evidence. In any case, the research activities that the candidate will be required to carry out will be consistent with the disciplinary fields of the sector and will include the direction and participation in research projects of national, European and international relevance.
Teaching commitment: without prejudice to the option between full-time and half-time, the teacher will have to carry out his/her teaching activity, both in Italian and in English, in the courses included in the Master’s Degree in Law, of the Three-year Degree in Labor Consultant and Corporate Lawyer, of the Master’s Degree in Legal Sciences for Innovation, and in general within the degrees activated by the Department of Law, in scientific-disciplinary sector IUS/15 “Civil procedural law”. Rights and duties of the teacher: as provided for by the current legal provisions, the Statute and the Regulations of the University of Brescia regarding the legal status of teaching staff.
