NetSuite Education Services provides comprehensive instructional programs to ensure our customers, partners and employees have the knowledge to “Unlock the Suite” a/k/a increase their knowledge, use and love of the NetSuite system within their business and achieve the highest level of success.

The Senior Education Consultant plays a critical role in achieving this objective. They work collaboratively with customers to help them build product knowledge, increase user adoption and achieve ROI. They do this by designing and delivering high-quality, process-based tailored training and Live Webinars that promotes NetSuite best practices, along with leveraging LCS Company Pass offerings. This Education Consultant role will focus primarily on direct customers but may also deliver training to Partners and Prospects.

The Senior Education Consultant works in a high-energy and dynamic environment, delivering training to multiple customers in a variety of industries. This position is responsible for the delivery of Live Event Webinars, Learning Lab workshops, instructor-led onsite and virtual end user training.

The Senior Education Consultant works in partnership with the professional services implementers to assess customer training needs, develop custom agendas and materials (written and elearning tutorials), and deliver quality training to ensure optimal user adoption. Education Consultants may deliver additional services such as Train the Trainer, Pre-UAT Training and Post Go Live Support Training.

The ideal candidate possesses a passion for training, has excellent communication skills, can deliver instructor-led onsite and virtual-classroom sessions, can develop learning and reference materials, demonstrates excellent attention to detail, cares deeply about customer satisfaction, exhibits strong project management skills and embraces change.

All Education Consultants will learn the basics of working with multiple industries, with customers throughout the EMEA-Region.


Candidates for the Senior Education Consultant role should have many of the following qualifications:

· Minimum 2 years in the technology industry

· 1+ years’ experience in a functional training or consultative role with emphasis on technology and business process training development, design, and delivery

· Strong presentation, training and group facilitation skills; familiar and competent with audience-engagement methods and techniques appropriate for all types of audiences

· Understanding of common industry standards as related to ERP along with standard business practices as related to Accounting (Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Invoicing), Sales Force Management, (Opportunity, Proposal, Sales Orders, Forecasting, Territory Management and Quotas), Inventory Management (Purchasing and Fulfillment) as well as support (Cases Management and Territory Management)

· Ability to drive value with the customer

· Excellent time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple demands and reprioritize as customer timelines shift

· Highly adaptable and open to change so that one may best serve customers’ needs

· Excellent written and verbal English skills that can be applied to documentation development, curriculum review, delivery and communication

Language Requirement:

· Full Professional Proficiency in English.

· Proficient in a second language from this list: French, Spanish or German, but applicants fully proficient in English only will be considered.


· The position will deliver on-site training upon request, up to 25%



· Deliver customer-specific tailored training including Pre-UAT, Train the Trainer, End User Training, and Go Live Support based on their implementation project scope virtually and onsite

· Understand and apply adult learning techniques and modify according to customers’ specific needs

· Deliver live instructor-led training sessions onsite at customer locations and in a virtual, interactive online environment

· Deliver webinars and webinar series to a broad customer base

· Understand the NetSuite application in all functional areas as they relate to customer learning requirements

· Learn all relevant aspects of current and new product rollouts to ensure ongoing improvement of product knowledge, training and presentation skills, and technical knowledge

· Take full ownership of multiple concurrent customer training projects. Assume full ownership for the success of multiple concurrent customer training projects and deliver on time and on budget with the flexibility to manage a changing schedule of differing complexities with ease, grace, and some

management oversight, through interaction with customer as needed for logistics, knowledge transfer and follow-up.

· Participate in Project Kick-offs, customer training requirements definition and training scoping conversations

· Recommend business best practices from a user adoption, training, and business management perspective

· Incorporate learning industry best practices and techniques in daily engagements

· Apply expert knowledge of the NetSuite application to solve the customer business challenge

· Adhere to Education Services Delivery methods, processes, procedures, and policies in the development and delivery of training services

· Participate in the development of new offerings and improvement to processes, providing feedback and suggestions to education program management

· Act as a subject matter expert to mentor colleagues globally and to contribute to curriculum development

· Work tightly with the Global Education Services team and management as well as coordinating with Customer Success and Subscription Services teams. This position will be reporting directly to a UK-based manager
