NetSuite Support Consultant – NetSuite,ERP, Technical Analyst, ERP Analyst, NetSuite Business Analyst, Technical, Customizing, Coding, Implementation, Dutch Speaking, German Speaking, French Speaking, English Speaking, Problem-Solving, Administration – Rotterdam – €55,000-€65,000Our NetSuite Partner client require a Technical Analyst on a permanent basis.The Technical Analyst collaborates with team members to help clients align their technical needs with NetSuite’s capabilities for optimal efficiency. Without this role, there would be a gap in the development, customization, and technical support of NetSuite solutions, leading to delays and reduced quality/automation in projects/NetSuite (with limited autonomy & little direct customer communication).Key Skills & Experience:

• Minimum: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• University Graduate and/or relevant experience in ERP/IT implementation, with technical skills in areas like scripting, web services, and application development. Accounting & business background is a strong plus.
• Strong analytical skills
• Fluency in English, verbal and written. Good knowledge of French is a strong plus. Dutch or German are also beneficial.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude, resilience, and a willingness to learn and adapt.

Main Responsibilities:

• Designs, develops, tests, and implements basic to medium NetSuite customizations, including Advanced PDF layouts, custom payment files, web services, scripts, and workflows, with the help/supervision of experienced colleagues. You remain at the heart of the business of our customers, and you apply your business logic and understanding to perform the tech work.
• Involved in the process of monitoring (by testing and validating) and correct simple to medium technical issues in the NetSuite domain.
• Maintains, and documents work on technical processes, configurations, or customizations, including initial requirements, basic technical flows, and simple setups for internal stakeholders.
• Contributes to internal improvements with innovative ideas and entrepreneurial spirit via OKRs.
• Has a detailed knowledge of some specific NetSuite’s features, the ability to support clients with basic configurations, and providing first-level problem-solving.
• Focuses on support and administration within NetSuite projects with limited autonomy, developing technical knowledge, and executing tasks and projects as assigned.
• Develop knowledge, provides support to more experienced colleagues and executes requested tasks and projects.
