For Our main partner, automotive company we are searching for candidates for the position of NPI Manager ,[Responsibility for a team of NPI – a department for implementing new products, production lines for serial production, Leading multidisciplinary teams at the plant as well as close collaboration with supporting departments and Program Management in central structures and with the client, Leading project launches according to the PMI philosophy, Organizing and coordinating events related to new launches, such as Launch Readiness Review, Run@Rate;, Planning and implementing all tasks aimed at preparing the plant for serial production;, Analysis and costing of plant costs for new RFQs, Planning and implementation of the new launches budget;, Reporting the status of new launches to Top Management of the organization, Managing the process of introducing changes in product and process in the factory area;, Standardizing processes and documents related to new launches as well as the process of introducing changes.] Requirements: Data analysis, MS Office
