Nextdoor Nature Northumberland Officer

Northumberland Wildlife Trust is looking for a confident, innovative and enthusiastic person to
join our Druridge Bay Team as Nextdoor Nature Northumberland Officer.

Your mission will be to nurture and empower the communities around Hauxley to make their local
areas better. You will enable people to help themselves through a series of facilitated and
sustainable activities and events leading to a ripple effect of people taking action for nature
and the climate with benefits for people’s wellbeing. You will also deliver some engagement
events on NWT reserves in the area.

The role is for 35 hours per week on a fixed term contract until 31st March 2026. NWT operates
a flexitime system.

The salary range is £25,309 – £28,459 per annum.
