Through a structured cross-functional experience, you will rotate across our Engineering, Business Development and Technical Sales, and Project Management teams. At every step,you will benefit from valuable experience, exposure to senior leadership, a personalized training and development plan, and formal mentoring.DISCOVER MORE on our websiteYour missionYour journey will start with a full-time permanent contract and a 1-month Academy at our Milan HQ, followed by an 18-month cross-functional rotation across Engineering, Business Development and TechSales, and Project Management teams, and conclude with a 5-month final placement in the department that best fits your strengths and ambitions.Your responsibilities will include:

• Explore market trends and uncover new business opportunities;
• Shape technical and commercial offers for cutting-edge energy storage projects;
• Dive into system sizing, design validation, and cost optimization;
• Track technical progress and support the Engineering team during project execution;
• Support relationships with clients and contractors;
• Monitor timelines, budgets, and milestones throughout project execution;
• Boost efficiency by enhancing tools and streamlining internal processes;
• Gain a comprehensive understanding of the entire lifecycle of an energy storage project.

RequirementsRequirements

• Master’s degree in Electrical or Energy Engineering. Outstanding graduates in Automation or Mechanical Engineering may also be considered;
• Recent graduate or with up to 1 year of experience;
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint;
• Proficiency in English. Any additional language will be considered a plus;
• Legally entitled to work in Italy on a full-time basis;
• Availability to work at our HQ in Milan, Piazzale Lodi.

• ASSESSMENT DAYS, 30 June – 11 July 2025:You will meet our Talent Acquisition team and the Heads of our key departments (TechSales and Business Development, Engineering and Project Management) at our Milan HQ to discuss your Business Case and your ambitions at NHOA Energy.
• FINAL SELECTION, 14-24 July 2025: Our Talent Acquisition team will contact you with our final decision.
