The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality and comfortable with challenges. He/She is willing to provide authentic and luxury experiences, demonstrating care, confidence, curiosity, and community.Reports to: Night Manager to-day operations in achieving and exceeding the hotel’s objectives in terms of guest satisfaction and quality assurance.Main duties & responsibilities:

• Deal with all Front Office operations (check in; check out; escorting; cashier operations; guests’ care) according to Belmond policies, procedures and compliance with our code of conduct.
• Daily closure, cashier check for all hotel venues, accounting reports, posting control, providing data to statistics and local government institutions.
• Assist with all guest’s requests.
• Handle emergencies according to procedures.

Requirements:

• Fluent in English and Italian; a third language preferred
• Previous work experience in the same position in 5 stars hotels
• Knowledge of hotel management software such as Infor HMS or others, Microsoft suite
• Passion for service and ambition to grow professionally

• Monthly gross salary € 1,800 + night shift allowances Separate payslips for the 13th and 14th months’ salaries and severance pay (TFR)
