• Supports the development of sustainable filter design and manufacturing to ensure fast and high-quality market entry.
• Manages the relationship between the Filters Innovation Centre and the Hungarian team for the transfer of knowledge on new products and processes.
• Ensures that products meet customer expectations and that processes operate within budget.
• Manages the new product introduction process.
• Ensures that team members meet deadlines.
• Maintains communication with stakeholders and provides regular updates.
• Assists with managing customer orders and introducing new products.
• Coordinates the market launch of new products.
• Leads a team of 2-3 people.
• Prepares reports.
