As ‘Design Engineer Dismantling Activities’, you are responsible for the sound roll-out of all the projects, tasks and responsibilities entrusted to you (which could possibly require onsite interventions in Tihange or Doel sites). In close collaboration with your colleagues and your team leader, you contribute to the preparation of bids, the Engineering Studies and the projects in the field of Dismantling of Nuclear facilities.Your key responsibilities

• conducting technical studies for the dismantling of nuclear facilities;
• writing technical specifications, follow-up of orders and commissioning of nuclear decommissioning processes;
• writing offers;
• verifying the technical work performed by your peers;
• correctly applying the Integrated Management System (IMS) procedures;
• providing regular feedback concerning ongoing activities to your hierarchy ;
• actively engaging in knowledge sharing, identifying and promote synergies with other teams.
• You will collaborate actively with your colleagues from Project Management and CC departments, and build a close relationship while working for the same goal, activily developing cross department projects for your clients.
• You embody the image and values of Tractebel and the ENGIE group (Ethics, QHSE,…) in all your contacts, both inside and outside the ENGIE group, and other external stakeholders.

We would love to hear from people with

• A Master’s degree or PhD in Engineering / Sciences;
• French or Dutch and English;
• At least 5 years of experience in the nuclear sector
• Knowledge of the Belgian Nuclear Ecosystem;
• Working principles of a Nuclear Power Plant (type Pressurized Water Reactor).

• You have by preference a previous experience in the drafting of Technical specifications
