I am working with a wonderful and very highly rated elderly care provider who are currently looking to recruit a Registered Home Manager / Care Home Manager for their medium sized nursing home / care home in Southampton commutable from Romsey, Gosport, Portsmouth, Winchester etc.
I am looking for an experienced Nursing Home Manager / Registered Manager / Care Home Manager to manage a highly regarded nursing home. This is a well established care home with fantastic reputation in the Southampton area.The care home / nursing home offers nursing and residential care to older people including frail elderly and dementia services users.The nursing home requires a hands on manager with a passion for delivering the best care. They are looking to hire a home manager / registered manager to take the home forward and to ensure the care home delivers the very best care to its residents. Care home manager / registered home manager candidates should have previous home management experience and solid knowledge of nursing / elderly care. Any troubleshooting experience would be advantageous.This is a wonderful opportunity to join a fantastic, expanding company.– Ideally should be a qualified Nurse – NOT essential. Experienced, high calibre care home manager candidates will be considered.
