Location: 100% remote
Type of employment: B2B contract
Remuneration: 110 PLN/hour net + VAT
Project language: German + English

Responsibilitites:

Serve as O365 Knowledge Manager during the transition phase
Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for M365 / O365, including direct interaction with clients
Manage external and internal communications related to M365/O365 topics
Perform standard run operations and ensure smooth daily function of M365/O365 environments
Provide support for M365/O365 on Windows and Apple phones
Handle incident, problem, change and service request (SR) management
Conduct system health checks and proactively identify potential issues
Align and implement parameter changes in collaboration with the client
Identify and drive automation opportunities to improve efficiency
Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations

Requirements:

7-10 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Office / M365 / O365
Strong expertise in Microsoft Windows and experience supporting Apple mobile devices
Proven client-facing experience in an SME capacity
Excellent communication, presentation and reporting skills
Strong leadership, problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
