Occupational Health Advisor, Solihull, Full time or 4 days, Up to £45K.Ref: OH780We are working with an OH Provider to source an Occupational Health Advisor for a full-time (or 4 days) role in Solihull, working 2 days a week from a client site in Solihull and 2 or 3 days a week from home. This role is mainly case management but may have some health surveillance escalations.Duties & Key Responsibilities:

• To provide expert, evidence-based case management services for referrals relating to attendance, fitness for work and other requests for OH advice.
• Provide professional, comprehensive and evidence based written reports.
• Provide expert advice in respect of legislative requirements and best practice relating to OH.
• To provide clinical supervision and support other team members, where less experienced.
• Case Management and provision of OH advice.
• Health Surveillance escalations.

Essential Skills:

• NMC registration.
• Remote Case Management experience within Occupational Health, including phone-based assessments and written reports.
• Post graduate qualification in Occupational Health.
• Health surveillance experience.

Salary up to £45,000 per annum plus benefits.This role is working full time or 4 days, Monday to Friday. You must have a stable home internet connection for this role.Benefits include:Health cash plan.
