Up to A£52,000 | Full-Time, 5 Days Per Week (8 Hours Per Day) | Onsite & Remote Options Available

Merco Medical Staffing is seeking a skilled Occupational Health Advisor to support our client’s workforce in Aberdeen. This role involves providing expert occupational health advice, expediting early returns to work, and promoting a safer, healthier workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

* Case Management : Facilitate timely return-to-work solutions, actively managing and monitoring cases to resolution.
* Health Surveillance : Perform health assessments, including vaccinations and phlebotomy, to ensure compliance and support employee wellness.
* Health & Safety Advice : Offer guidance on health and safety, rehabilitation, and health education to empower clients in maintaining a healthy workforce.

Requirements:

* Qualifications : Occupational Health degree & NMC registration.
* Experience : Strong background in occupational health services, including case management and health surveillance.
