Package Details: £50,000 Per Annum + Excellent Company Benefits + Company Car
Contracted Hours: Permanent 37.5 Hours Per Week

OH Talent Solutions are working with a valued client who are currently looking to recruit an Occupational Health Manager. We are looking for a dynamic and highly motivated Occupational Health Manager to join a forward-thinking and innovative Occupational Health and Well-being team. You will contribute to the Occupational Health & Wellbeing Service and play a key role with the ongoing development of the company and service provision to their clients. This role involves interaction with key clients and the successful candidate will assume full responsibility for the clinical delivery staff.The Role:
 Development of service provisions
 Management of OH Team
 Training and mentoring
 Customer relationship managementRequirements:
 Registered Nurse qualification. (Must have valid NMC pin with no restrictions or conditions)
 Occupational Health qualification (Degree, Diploma or Certificate)
 Able to work as an independent & autonomous Home Based Occupational Health Advisor.
 A good team player who possesses effective communication & relationship building skills.
