– Location advantage: Work in the beautiful surroundings of Wiltshire, known for its rich history and vibrant community life.What you will do:– Provide care planning, risk assessment and management, medication monitoring, and safety planning for individuals under the Non-Psychotic pathway.
– Manage a caseload of around 30 service users while receiving clinical support from a senior practitioner.
– Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team including Registered Mental Health Nurses and Social Workers.
– Utilize your extensive mental health experience to support and improve patient outcomes.
– Implement and be familiar with SCM and the principles of DBT.
– Ensure all practices comply with HCPC standards.
– Leverage your NHS experience to deliver high-quality care.
– A driving licence is desirable for greater flexibility and efficiency in service delivery.Requirements:

• HCPC registration is essential.
• Minimum Two Years Experience.
• Car Driver Preferable: A driving licence would be beneficial for visiting community settings or multiple facilities.
