The role of the Regional OCM Practice Lead is to be the “face” of Change Management, both internally and externally, for the Region – from pre-sales and mobilization through effective delivery, including management of capability and capacity, building a team with the agility and energy of a start-up.

What you’ll do
• Create Business and Go To Market Plans to achieve and exceed the Regional OCM targets around Chargeability, Market Utilization, Sales, and Revenue as set by Avanade / Advisory.
• Evolve and support the Regional Team members to work together, and with colleagues beyond OCM, to draw upon new ideas, proven methods, and analytics to drive effective transformation in partnership with C-level executives to set their course for change.
• Play a key part in the evolution of the Avanade Global Change approach, working with other Regional Leads and with the EU and Global Leads to build a world class OCM Practice.
• Lead and grow the regional team of change professionals: coaching and managing across sales, delivery, offer and capability development
• Play a proactive role in the Regional Advisory Leadership Team to deliver Advisory growth.
• Contribute to wider ‘Change Enablement’ Communities, (Global Talent Community, EU OCM Team) sharing successes and best practices, and coordinating with peers across the globe to grow the capabilities and success of the OCM Practice
• Drive pre-sales, co-selling and business development to create and deliver Go To Market Plans to meet or exceed the Regional Practice targets for Chargeability and Sales/Revenue
• Lead solution planning and design efforts for OCM, partnering with business development and teams in our Client Groups to promote Advisory and OCM and to drive sales in targeted accounts
• Partner with technology-based Talent Communities to incorporate change into large scale digital transformation deals
• Help advise clients on the challenges and opportunities arising from digital disruption among customers and employees
• Work closely with senior client executives to keep them up to date on the effectiveness of change efforts, while creating strategies and plans for organizational change
• Strengthen relationships with Microsoft and Accenture and other potential partners
• Coach internal colleagues and partners on the breadth of capabilities and the potential of the Avanade OCM Practice to create value for Clients
• Relentlessly challenge, encourage, and support our Avanade partners and colleagues to work with OCM to accelerate Client value from digital innovation
Skills and experiences
• Extensive experience selling large and integrated change management solutions.
• Consulting and project based background, with a passion for leading change through ground-breaking technology solutions.
• Experience interfacing with executive level clients, assessing partners’ goals and the ability to translate ideas into strategic and practical solution recommendations
• Evidence of technology acumen in business applications transformations (customer experience and/or employee experience) and thought leadership in emerging technologies and cultural evolution (GenAI, future of work), demonstrated through articles, presentations, or participating in industry events
• Demonstrated experience of team management at a European level
