Office Administrator – Dublin City CentreSalary: €30,000 – €32,000 DOE
Location: Dublin 8 (Fully Onsite)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PMA well-established not for profit organisation in Dublin City Centre is seeking a dedicated and highly organised Office Administrator to join their team on a permanent, full-time basis. This role is ideal for someone with solid administrative experience who enjoys working in a mission-led, supportive environment.Reporting directly to the Office Manager, and providing support to the CEO and Senior Management Team, the successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the efficient day-to-day operation of the office.Key Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of administrative tasks, including filing, mail distribution, meeting scheduling, and general office upkeep.
• Answer and route incoming calls, monitor voicemails, and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Monitor the main email inbox, responding or redirecting as appropriate.
• Welcome and assist visitors, manage office access and visitor logs.
• Maintain internal databases, input data accurately, and support the generation of reports.
• Oversee staff and organisational insurance policy updates.
• Provide confidential administrative support to senior leadership.
• Draft and edit reports, presentations, and other key documents.
• Coordinate and prepare materials for board and committee meetings.
• Issue approved sales invoices and manage petty cash and expense claims.
• Track staff leave, including annual, sick, and statutory leave.
• Liaise with funders and manage associated documentation.
• Maintain and update the funding schedule, ensuring timely invoicing and accurate records.

Experience and Skills Required:

• 2-3 years’ experience in a similar administrative or office support role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and virtual meeting platforms.
• Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High level of attention to detail and professionalism.
• Discreet and reliable, with the ability to handle confidential information.
• A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to support a team-driven environment.
• Eagerness to learn and contribute to the organisation’s overall mission.
