To assist with all Department of Social Protection paper work relating to wages, material grants & Quick Books accounts etc. . To keep records up dated, keep calendar up to date, check stock supplies and attend training when required. Answer and forward any incoming call while providing basic information, receive and sort mail and perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, collating, etc.
